The first part of my job description for you is an Information Assistant. You may be too busy to collect information daily from a whole real estate industry. I do it for you. The second part of my job description is Marketing Assistant. Your information is only 15-60 seconds away from working itself to generate good calls for you. Photocopy the Have and Want Sheets that I can fax to you, or fill in the on line forms. Fill them in and fax it to me. I will do three things for you for every Have and Want that you send to me.
1. I place them onto an online commercial investment computer bulletin board system (CIBBS). Today this online computer system is the largest publicly accessible commercial real estate database of its kind in the world today.
2. Since a lot of people don't have computers I have compiled a database of over 7,000 people who deal in commercial real estate. I will fax every Have and Want that you have to 3,800 of them.
3. I also place a complete database on the Internet from time to time. Secondly I place a file that one can download and then again make requests on any listing that we can either pass on your information or contact you with their information.
And the best part is you don't have to pay me $60,000 per year, make deductions, supply computers, office space, phone lines, etc. It is only $240 per year and I do it all for you.
There are three ways you make money. Contact all the potential buyers or sellers that match what you have available. Make an appointment to show it and sell. rent, or buy it. If the opportunity is not quite suitable discuss other opportunities. The largest transaction by an Executive Member, with over $150,000 in commissions occurred just this way. To make deals, make friends first, you will find out about a lot of business not even on this service. Thirdly, place your Have or Want for all the opportunities that you have. Without a showing you won't make any money. This service gives you the opportunity to reach your full potential by permitting the right people, at the right time, to find you and do some business. All this is designed to generate an important phone call leading to a showing that ultimately makes you money.

All people who do download our complete database (with the full page of information and
contact names and phone numbers) say it is "fanastic, unbelievable,
incredible or amazing." This file is made available by the 10th of each
month. It contains all the Active Haves and Wants from our Web Site service as
well.
Local Service is now available from most points in Ontario, from Windsor
to Ottawa and now Montreal, north to Sudbury and North Bay. Vancouver, Victoria and Kelowna
coming in the future as well as the rest of Canada. For the USA and the rest of the world it takes only
three minutes to transfer the database from our BBS to your computer once per month. Eventually
I may place it on Internet in a private area for Executive Members.
Volume discounts are available for companies, organizations and
associations.
Fax or EMail your message/ads to us on a Have or Want Sheet and
they are placed by us for you. There is no limit to the number of ads you can
place and change, all year long!
Training, technical support, and consulting provided. We have designed a short 22
point training program that takes helps one take full advantage of on line services.
However if you have made it to this web site you will may only need a 12 minute
session on reading the database. Approximately 1-3 hours is needed for beginners
to ensure that you know how to drive on the "information highway." This
training is provided in your office over the phone in 60 minute
sessions. It is only $20 per hour. We will share ideas on how you can build a real estate
practice as a career, instead of always just trying to chase the almighty deal.
