I'm currently seeking a potential data centre site in the Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge market.

Requirements:

- Approximately 15-20 MW of electrical capacity
- Vacant land (10 acres plus - 4 to 6 acres *may* work
- Existing industrial building (100,000 to 150,00 SF)
- Or land (10 acres+ plus existing industrial building (100,000 to 150,000 SF)
- Power capacity available today or through a clearly defined near-term delivery path
- Written confirmation from the utility provider confirming available electrical capacity

Please note that vendor or broker estimates of potential future capacity will not satisfy the client's requirements. Utility documentation is essential.
