Dear Sir: Re: Your presentation "An Associate Real Estate Broker Speaks About Worldwide Computer Marketing of I.C.I. Real Estate" - June 26, 1997

On behalf of the members of the I.C.I. Council of the Durham Region Real Estate Board and guests, I would like to congratulate you on your presentation. The presentation was not only well done, it was exceptionally informative. It was presented in a manner that even persons with little knowledge of computers clearly understood your important message.

I fully recommend you to other organizations as a speaker and as a learning experience about your subject.

Yours Truly

"I would like to offer a few words of appreciation for the excellent seminar that you presented at the PM Expo show last week at the Metro Convention Center.

The information that you presented on subjects such as EMail, the World Wide Web, the Internet, Home Page, local access suppliers, etc. could be readily understood by the layman. It was a treat to receive such good information in a format that was not shrouded in "computerese" and only understood by a computer professional. You also did a good job of "selling" the benefits of membership in The Market ICI World Network, without making it too obvious to those that may be attending the seminar from other than a real estate background.

In conclusion I would reiterate what many others have said in relation to the value represented by membership in the ICI Network and the potential for reaching the "right people" as a direct result of the networking capabilities inherent in the system. You are to be commended for your forsight and perseverance in making this system available to the ICI practitioner. I would highly recommend membership for anyone serious in making a living by specializing in the ICI field, -- you cannot lose.

Yours very truly

Thank you for your thorough presentation of "How to Buy and Sell Real Estate over the Internet" at the Real Estate Show, Nov. 30, 1995. I am an Environmental Engineering graduate so am familiar with computers in general and the Internet. However, those who were not literate would have found your definitions of common terms and explanation of Internet procedures very easy to understand. I wish I'd had my father, an SIOR, there because I don't always have the patience to be as thorough!

Secondly, I am interested in your vision of real estate, particularly ICI, and the information age. I am trying to see what opportunities exist in ICI real estate as new technology makes other aspects of the business obsolete. We are trying to position our real estate company, founded in 1922, to be around into the next century. We have been very progressive and are looking for new ways to do real estate in the future.

Please accept my heartfelt thankyou for a job well done.

Your presentation was informative and entertaining. Having had the opportunity to speak with several of the people in attendance, I can assure you that they all felt it was a worthwhile day. As you know, this day was also a sales pitch on my part to encourage new people to join our commercial division at Realty World, and your ability to pack so much information into such a short period of time was most appreciated. Everyone left with some piece of information that will make their career more enjoyable and more profitable.

Again, on behalf of the Realty World Commercial Division, thank you.

Sincerely
