1 Getting Started

  • Make sure you place your Wants so owners and sellers can contact you.
  • Make sure you place your Wants so other Realtors can contact you to do deals, referrals and for networking.
  • One of the number one reasons why a few brokers are missing making money is because their listings are older than 90 days. They are not initially displayed when people search. There is a responsibility to keep your information less than 90 days old.
  • For Wants, you must place the word Wanted at the beginning of the subject line.
  • For location, you must use geographic limitations by city, East, West, North and South.
  • Include a price range or size range or both.
  • Sizzle means what is so good about your buyer? Qualified, Cash, ready to act quickley, etc.
  • How to select multiple areas in the business area. If you miss one city you can miss making $50,000.

3 How to place a HAVE

  • How to Place a Have (Video)  This  sample instructional video was conducted from another website but to place your Have is the same for all our websites.
  • Detailed Instructions. Everyone should read this at least once.

  • Include the four ingredients in the subject line. For a Have, for location we do not mean the exact address. Only a city or general location. Type of property. Price or size. Sizzle means what is so good about this property over any other property in the same price range.
  • Include the four ingredients in the subject line. For a Want for location we use a geographic location by city, how far east, west, north and south. Not one or two hours or like GTA for Toronto because it means too many things to too many people. Type of property. Price or size. Sizzle means what is so good about your buyer such as are they qualified, can they act quickly, to they have the cash, etc. .
