Reasons Why Members Have not Sold anything.

The industry must realize that one must take responsibility for their information.

  1. Your information is at the bottom of the database. It is important to renew listings every 30-60 days.  People are so busy working the top half of the database that they do not have a chance to get down to the bottom where your listings are.
  2. You missed the circulation.  When you renew a listing, not only does it go to the top of a database receiving over 1,000,000 hits per month, but instantly and automatically it is also sent out to the industry by EMail.  There are over 10,000 EMails delivering information daily to the industry.
  3. Did you search both Database 1 and Database 2?  Database 1 is over 6,000 Haves and Wants placed by licensed real estate brokers and salespeople. Database 2 is over 6,000 Haves and Wants placed by the public.  This is the largest collection of buyers in the industry.  Have you checked them lately?
  4. You are missing opportunities to do deals. This can happen in a number of ways and chances are most do not even realize they are missing doing deals. Call 1-877-272-1721 and within 5 minutes I can show you all the deals you could be doing and are missing right now.
  5. Have you tried to do a referral in the last year?  There are over 6,000 haves and wants placed by the public.  Each one is a lead to do a referral!  In the commercial real estate seminars that I do, I suggest referrals are better than listing and selling real estate.  The reason is because they take an average of 5 minutes to do and are averaging $8,000 through ICIWorld.  Every broker member should try to do ten referrals this next year.  Total time 50 minutes.  You do the numbers.
  6. Have you generated leads from your home page as a result of ICIWorld's "Leads for a Lifetime" program.  No where is it so easy to generate leads that with this program.  If you have not installed it then you are missing the easiest way to make money with your license.
  7. You may not have done deals but others have.  Please see Testimonials. This is among the most testimonials of any service anywhere on the internet, over thirty one pages.
  8. There is a responsibility to recognize important information and then to write it down.  Are you doing this?  If a buyer calls you on an ad or off a sign, what do you do with this information?  You should write it down onto a Want Sheet and place it on ICIWorld.  Have you been doing this?
  9. When you drive buy a For Sale By Owner, do you call them up and ask the three questions?  Have you every worked this kind of information? 
  10. If the readership is here and we know it is (See Statistics) then can you see that it could be that you need to upgrade your skill talents in handling information?
  11. Do you know how to link to other sites.  This is one of the True Powers of the Internet.  Most brokers are simply throwing properties on the Internet with no due regard to the location, thereby missing the three most important words on the Internet. We can teach you within 2 minutes one of the True Powers of the Internet.  Instead of you having to build a $10,000 web site that markets the location of your property to the world, you can link to a site that already is built that markets your location to the world and you can link to it free!

In summary you can see that if you miss doing any one of these items that you miss doing deals.

  • Once installed the link on your web site can start to generate leads the moment it is installed.  You can be with your family and 13,000 listings on your web site are working to generate your next lead.
  • To do a referral is only five minutes.
  • To enter a listing is only a few minutes and you reach thousands.
