Real estate agent gets a buyer for a gas station, finds it on ICIWorld and sells it.

A HomeLife real estate agent advertised in a trade publication and received a call from someone who wanted to buy a gas station. He searched ICIWorld for gas stations, found many, showed one, and sold it. He uses his MLS system and ICIWorld extensively and finds they go hand in hand to network information for buyers and sellers. He has made a lot of great connections and continues to do so.
