Make sure when you add your Have or Want that:

1. you fill in the letters in the spam box. It prevents spam.

2. the key words for your business for sale appears in the subject line;

3. type in the city nearest your location, it is a keyword;

4. you select the proper Business Category;

5. you select all the Business Areas that apply

6. only select the Business Areas in which your property is located.

Search Advanced Method Type into the subject line 4 letters of your city.  Use only the first 4-5 letters of your type of business into the subject line. Choose a Business Area and search.  Do not choose a key word for a Business Category. If too many results then search Business Category. Use less restrictive search criteria in the beginning to see what is available first system wide, then get more restrictive in your searches if there are too many results. Be general at first with your searches.
