Common sessions are from 45 minutes to 90 minutes long.
One type of session is 90 minutes long, consisting of a Power Point presentation and a "live on the Internet session" . . . all at the same time. Points in Power Point are demonstrated "live" on the Internet.
Another seminar is 3 hours long, consisting of a PowerPoint presentation, lecture, interactive discussion, and learning session for the first hour. Then it can be followed by a 90-minute hands-on live on the Internet computer session or simulation on the Internet. If the class has 45 attendees and there are 15 computers, there will be three to a computer. If there are no computers, a live session simulated session on the Internet will be displayed for the class with an LCD projector. Contact us for more information.
An ICIWorld Workshop/Seminar for your group should have a minimum of 5 in attendance. Numbers less than that can be done one on one in your office over the phone.

Seminar Arrangements
ICIWorld will bring the following:
Laptop computer
PowerPoint presentation
Sony LCD Projector with 1800 Ansi Lumen Lamp (This projector is also available for rental at $500 per day)
Network card
ICIWorld will require the following:
Internet connection (not a must have)
A screen, white board, or clear white wall
A microphone or lapel microphone if the class size requires it
Water, coffee for breaks
Chairs and tables, with a separate table for the laptop and LCD projector
A 3 hour seminar consists of a PowerPoint presentation, a short break, and a live demonstration on the Internet.
The seminar can also be followed by full participation from all attendees, each at their own computer if they are available, for another 1–2 hours. Two to three attendees at a computer is quite acceptable. Lunch would be served between sessions.
